Urban Outfitters' flagship store on Oxford Street sells the same eclectic mix of clothing as their other stores, but on a bigger scale and with additional product ranges such as home furnishings.

Adorably eclectic. The unique accessories and homeware are personal highlights of the store. Love the oversized necklaces.
Really appreciating the new-ish music section as well! I believe the relaxed retro atmosphere of the store justifies the slightly higher prices. A much more sociable and enjoyable shopping experience than that of Topshop, for example.

I had an unbelievable experience in this shop. And not in a good way. My friend and I were looking for shoes for quite some time when out of the blue the shop manager came up to us and said "Don't you think it's time to leave?". If he thought we had stolen something, (which we most certainly hadn't), he should have brought the police or security or whatever. What kind of logic is it when someone basically accuses you of theft without any evidence and tells you that you should leave the shop without taking any more drastic action? My theory is that the manager believes all foreigners to be uncivilised thieves.

I like some of the brands Urban Outfitters sell but I think the quality of their own stuff (or the cheaper, unknown labels) is poor. I've often discovered rips and stains on clothes and had to take them back.
Their returns policy is unclear too. Today I returned a dress I haven't worn, with a receipt from 10 days ago. The female managers claimed it had been worn and essentially accused me of lying. They claimed the returns policy does not cover items that have had the tag removed (no mention of this on the big sign in front of the till saying they will give refunds on unworn items with a receipt). They refused to refund.

Urban Outfitters is the best! The store is really funky and you never get bored of the clothes because they change every couple of days.

From experience, I can tell you that Urban Outfitters offers a shopping experience (an environment, really) like no other. It's like you've just stepped into a wardrobe of your long-lost toys (from childhood, obviously). I don't find it overly expensive, more on the 'OK' side of things. I would highly recommend it to anyone, not necessarily for shopping but just for the experience!

I absolutely adore Urban Outfitters and I can't wait for autumn when it comes to Copenhagen! Yes, it might be a bit expensive, but I think it's worth it.

Urban Outfitters is not so overpriced these days! What a relief. I really like the accessories too.

I love the clothes but they're so expensive. I can't believe the T-shirts cost £28!

On a street that is more or a less a cloned chain of shops from across the UK, the decor and products on offer at Urban Outfitters give an amazing homemade, cozy, unique feel. Go there!

My fave shop on Oxford Street! Worth the expense - you'll want to buy the whole shop.

It's amazingly good but a bit pricey.

First visit to the store, thought the atmosphere in Covent Garden was better than Oxford Street.

I've been in 3 Urban Outfitters in NY, which were all great. The one in London is very nice too, but it misses a certain atmosphere. I can't put my finger on it, but it's not really the same.

Urban Outfitters is a brilliant shop with a nice range of things from teapots to shoes. Is also very stylish and worth every penny.
