After buying at least 10 pairs of shoes from these guys over a couple of years, I was accused of selling my shoes (yes, MY shoes, the ones that I bought from them) on the internet for a profit.
Firstly, once the shoes belong to me I can do what the f**k I want with them.
Secondly. You're shop assistants. End of. You're not experts or artists or super stars so behave accordingly.
Thirdly. I'm spending the 600 quid I spent with you, somewhere else so f**k you.
