I love Video City. They have really good people working there: they will help you chose a great movie, they get to know you, and whenever you're there you bump into all your friends. We're frequent customers and although we've nearly watched all the movies, there is always a new release.

This is my first ever review, but I love this store so much that I had to write and share. They're how businesses should be - personal, friendly and just fun to deal with. Please show them some love, because as a jaded capitalist, I don't understand how they survive, being so nice...

The staff there are the most knowledgeable about film and friendly too! I used to go to secondary school down the road and I have found their advice and recommendations invaluable for projects/research.

This is the only video store worth going to in London. The most friendly and helpful staff I have ever come across. Great choice in films, new or old. Fantastic knowledge of all films. Truly amazing!

No better place to rent. Their service is superb. Always friendly - as a regular you'll find the staff suggesting films that you will enjoy because they remember you. They have an unparalleled selection and in-depth knowledge of all their films.
