Orsini reviews
I am a fashion writer and was completely ripped off by this shop last year. I bought an overpriced dress and they offered to expertly alter it for me. It came back ruined to the point that I have never worn it. I had a Saville Row tailor look at it, along with the seamstress for Matches, and they both said it was completely ruined and un-fixable. I had the tailor take it in to talk to the owner because she was so shockingly rude and downright cruel over the phone, and she gave him the same treatment and refused to give me a refund. She insulted him, made snide remarks and time and again insisted on telling him, a master craftsman, that he didn't know what he was talking about.
I have done nothing but advise people against this shop and will always continue to do so. The worst service I have ever had in my entire life, the most overpriced second-hand clothes, disastrous alterations and smug, trustifarian owner who happens to known virtually nothing about retail.

This shop does not deserve a rating. Never have I received such appalling service!

I happened across this store whilst on holiday. I spent a good hour trying on many dresses - it was difficult to select just one. Items are on the expensive side, but they are unique and the variety is endless. Something for everyone. Very friendly and accommodating!

All beautiful unworn pieces - expensive (£250ish), but the shop looks after its pieces and the staff were friendly.

Have we missed a great vintage & second hand clothing shop in London? Let us know.
