The Sampler is an independent wine merchant with a difference. Not only does it offer a choice of over 400 classic, rare and interesting wines, but 80 of them are available to sample at any one time. For those passionate about wine, the Samplers Club offers classic, premium or deluxe membership to receive a mixed dozen case on a quarterly basis complete with tasting notes. For those new to wine tasting, The Sampler runs tutored wine tasting events.
This shop gives you the opportunity to taste before you buy. It is definitely designed for those who want to spend serious money on good wine. Some wines could be considered overpriced, but it's fantastic to be able to taste them. Perhaps too heavily weighted with French wine icons though.
