Wow, what a great place! The classes on offer here are for all levels and the teachers are so approachable. The place itself oozes tranquility and calmness and is an oasis from hectic London life. All the classes are drop-in, so you can try a different class every week and every penny goes to helping out the Centre. Highly recommend going!

What a wonderful space to go and practise! I cannot believe I didn't know this place was here. I love that the Special Yoga Centre offer something for everyone: my friend with MS, my grandma and my child. They really do offer yoga for everyone, and this makes them stand out from the other yoga studios in London. I would highly recommend checking them out, and supporting the profound work they do.

An excellent centre. The pregnancy yoga classes are great - knowledgeable, caring and supportive teachers. I breezed though my pregnancy with yoga (in fact, I can't imagine having managed without it) and was attending classes right up to my 40th week! The birth couldn't have gone better and I am now looking forward to going back to Special Yoga to try their postnatal and mums & babies classes. Highly recommended if you're aiming for an 'active' pregnancy and labour.

Such a friendly and beautiful centre, very different from the more 'commercial' centres around. I did a lovely class with Jenny Berkvits and would definitely recommend. They are a charity too. Well worth a visit.
