Benjamin cut my hair a few days ago, transferring the hack job my last (local) hairdresser did into a very pretty, easy to manage style which frames my face perfectly.

This was not my first experience of Hari's: I used to go there regularly for six years or so when I lived in London and my hair always looked wonderful.

I have fine, naturally curly, frizz prone hair and very few hairdressers ever get the shape right or dry it the way I like it. I'll never go anywhere else!

There is no reason whatsoever for a bag to have a five-year waiting list-other than publicity.

Can't they afford to take on a few more people and manufacture them faster? Don't fall for this rubbish, please. I used to like Hermes but they've gone the way of all fashion houses, catering for fashion victims and not people with unique style.
