Why, why does this pitch itself as a good sushi place? It is like a Burger King trying to be The Ivy! The food is crap and the atmosphere is non-existent. It's too 'chain' driven and doesn't have the comfort and individuality that most sushi places in Japan possess. Just throw burgers and fries on the revolving belt, then it will be worth it!

Yum yum. The cocktails are good, style of the bar good fun, and the staff are cool. Shame it wasn't busier, but has potential. Would go back again if in the area.

Went recently and was surprised at how bad the staff are. The girls have zero knowledge, poor customer service skills and really do not do this lovely Spa proud. Get some proper therapists in!

New chef, new team and new lease of life! The food is much less pretentious, the manager is a riot, the staff are lovely. It's really for a special occasion, as it's on the expensive side, but you do feel like royalty in this place.

Had a slow start in 2005/2006 but 2007 has seen a real improvement in the food, service and standards. The food is tasty, with good portions, and the dramatic style of the room makes for a great special night out.
