They are too busy. You have to get there 15 minutes before the class starts and wait to run in and make sure you secure your spot. They let far too many people in their classes, not to mention that some of their teachers (who teach on Saturdays) are really, really terrible.

This spa does not really cater to non residents of the hotel. The changing rooms were really small. They do have a really nice swimming pool though with a manicure pedicure station room overlooking it.

The partitioning between he walls was not good enough and you could hear what was going on next door.
