Had the worst manicure ever from a girl working for the new Nails Inc at Selfridges. I had as much varnish on the skin as on the nails themselves, the varnish never dried and was smudged within 2 minutes, but I couldn't do anything about it as my girl had left. Appalling.

The first time I went, Bharti Vyas did my eyebrow threading herself. It was perfect, although the room was horrible.

The second time it must have been an apprentice because she didn't know what she was doing and messed up completely. I won't be going again.

Quite awful. The facial was not nice, the beautician had very bad garlic breath. The manicurist was good, but the room was dingy and uncomfortable. The place in general felt old, tired, and dirty. To top it all, the lady at the till tried to rip me off! Keep well clear!
