I had a wonderful wash and blow-dry from a junior stylist on Friday. It was my first time in this salon. Unfortunately the reception team was very unprofessional - completely ignoring me, not smiling and not making me feel welcome. I almost walked out. Luckily my shampoo girl and my stylist were very friendly and extremely competent, so I'll go again, hoping the current reception team will have been properly trained by then - or sacked!

Stayed there on Friday night. We were allocated a room on the first floor right above reception - amazingly noisy (no double glazing it would seem, and the window didn't close completely). The reception staff have a very poor standard of English and are very slow. The room had been set up for 1 person (1 dressing gown, 1 bottle of shower gel, etc.) although there were 2 of us. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable, but we couldn't sleep because of the noise. The TV screen is ridiculously small, and so is the bathroom. The bath is tiny and uncomfortable, and the finishes are very poor - installed by cowboys! From 8 in the morning, our phone started ringing once every 10 minutes. Reception was unable to do anything about it so we left, feeling grumpy and ripped off. Will not go back!
