I have had the great pleasure of eating here twice, and each time has been a thoroughly enjoyable occasion. Food is superb and customer service is out of this world. Would highly recommend people give it a try. Despite its location, prices are reasonable and, from my own experience, having dined there when the 'great & good' were also dining, ordinary people are treated no differently - which certainly makes a change from some London establishments!

Was "profiled" here with a friend in December - informative, fun & surprising, actually! Ordered the Discovery Set for a friend in the USA who is absolutely thrilled with it. Can't wait to visit the Pavilion Road store next time I'm in London. Beautiful products & great customer service.

Visited here in December. I live in the north of Scotland, so whenever I'm anywhere else I always seek out new places for off-the-wall fragrances. Fairly underwhelmed by range and service, if I'm honest. Won't go back.

Just visited for the frst time, although I have used their fragrances for years. Staff knowledgeable, helpful, professional & friendly - definitely on my list for future London trips.

Just been in London & visited the Bruton Street store - very disappointed - staff not especially helpful & quite dismissive - I don't think I'll go back - the Needham Road location is much better.

Have yet to visit the new Mayfair location; been to the Notting Hill store many times - absolutely out of this world - & one of the few stores that is generous with samples if one makes a purchase.

Had a wonderful time here in December, having discovered the store by accident while visiting Covent Garden. The charming assistant informed me this is their only stand-alone store in London now, so having had a very underwhelming experience in the Cale Street store a number of years ago, I was delighted to find a completely different attitude to potential customers this time. Perhaps the move to the more relaxed environs of CG had something to do with it! Bought the Mure et Musc EDT (my first purchase from them) and have had some lovely comments. Will definitely be back next time I'm south of the border.
