Only just found this gem of a day spa. I loved having a facial, and then the hairdresser came in to blow dry my hair. I left feeling amazing.

I was expecting a very special afternoon but was totally disappointed. I can't believe I was charged for my refreshments and a service charge was automatically added. They need to get real.
