As they say, you only get what you pay for. And despite being £280 for a meal for two with only half a bottle of wine, this isn't a meal out - this is an experience, and one I will treasure.

The decor and atmosphere was great. However it is relatively pricey and although the presentation was faultless, I had the foie gras liver which although gorgeous wasn't the absolute best quality for example in comparison to Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's, though two thirds of the price.

However, I would return and recommend to friends as an experience, hence the top rating.
