I walked in the store and was the only person there (aside from my husband). The assistant was behind the counter, just standing there. I was ready to purchase something but didn't because she didn't even bother to acknowledge my presence.

After MUCH lusting after the shoes, I finally went to the store yesterday with the intention to buy a pair. The service was great. I was not snobbed off at all, quite the contrary. The guy working there was very nice and sweet and treated me right even though I certainly didn't 'look the part' and was wearing clunky Clarks clogs. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything that really caught my eye so I left empty-handed; however, the assistant told me they change the entire selection in February and August and that I should go back in August and maybe I'd have better luck. Great experience - I am definitely going back!
