I just joined UrbanPath's newsletter and was surprised (or not) to see John Frieda listed. I've been going to the salon for 20 years. As another reviewer mentioned, always good to see the same faces. Simply the best hair salon I've experienced in the UK or USA. So professional, inviting, and yet relaxed. The hair products only get better and better. Kudos to all the very skilled stylists (and juniors), particularly Darren. I end up feeling on top of the world when I depart JF and it far exceeds my expectations every time.

Offered is a relaxed, professional, and inviting atmosphere, which is important to me (in contrast to the centre/Oxford Street). Everyone's brilliant but I have my favourite: Corrina. Enjoy!
