I had my first visit last week. I gave my stylist absolute freedom to do what he wanted. He was great.

I have a fantastic hair style and cut that suits my face, my lifestyle and my hair type. It was about £70, but worth every penny Also, this place gives excellent customer service. From my first phone call to leaving the salon, they know how to make you feel relaxed and welcome. This is my new salon.

I went for the first time to their salon in New Cavendish St. I knew this would be great from the first phone call. Customer service is a high priority for them, which is refreshing. I gave my stylist free range on the hair and walked out looking like a model (in my view). Only 5 minutes' walk from Oxford Circus tube - worth making this your new salon. They charge for water, coffee, etc, but have a cute lunch menu.
