A complete JOKE! I booked a table for about ten of us way in advance, and was then refused entrance on the day, due to "over-booking". The staff at the door were really obnoxious, rude and extremely unprofessional. I never received a call or a text to say that there was an over-booking, so that I could make other arrangements for the night. The staff at the door were not apologetic in the slightest, but were instead rude enough to literally tell as to get lost.

If you really want to have a good time and want to spend your money on something that is worthwhile, please avoid this club. We later ended up in Movida, where we had a great time.

By far one of, if not THE best club I've ever been to in London. Definitely my favourite. Great music, gorgeous decor, fantastic crowd that don't really bother you (this is essential when you are a bunch of girls just out to have fun), very friendly staff (from outside security to the bartenders), and a brilliant atmosphere.

If you are a group of girls, this is a place where you will be very safe, as security staff are very consciously protective of girls. The door security even go that extra mile to arrange a cab for you.

For a restaurant that charges at least £80 per head the reception, service and taste of the food was all very poor.

We were hassled at the door, although we had made a reservation, then made to wait by the bar until they had allocated a table. I asked one of the staff for an ashtray and, unbelievably, he said to "Ask one of the slaves, they get paid a lot of money". The people he was referring to as slaves were the bartenders. IGNORANT.

Once we got to the table they really took their time. The gnocchi I ordered looked like some semolina baby food shaped into three circles. Apart from its distorted authenticity, it was also tasteless and very heavy.

All in all, a terrible evening. I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone.

Wonderful room - simple but attractive - and excellent room service. Lovely Thai restaurant downstairs. Helpful staff (they can even help you pack). Energising body products.
