Went to Eleven for the first time last Saturday to have my hair coloured by Jason. Over the last 7 years, I’ve been a client of pretty much every high-end hair salon in Mayfair, but believe it or not this was the first time I left a salon actually liking my colour! I’m not a fussy customer (well, maybe a little), but I’m tired of wasting my time describing the colour I want and then three hours and hundreds of pounds later going home with something completely different. For once I left a salon with the exact colour I asked for, and it looked great! It’s good to finally find someone who listens to you and knows how to get it right. The rest of the team are all lovely and helpful. Finally - a salon with a difference! Thanks a lot to Jason and the team!
