On entering the salon first impressions were good. However, having sat in reception for half an hour without being told anything or offered a drink, I began to wonder if I should leave. Finally my stylist greeted me, had a brisk flick through my hair and didn't listen to a word I said. As I was sat at a chair I realised he was running behind (no one bothered to tell me) and had four clients at the same time, most waiting like me. I left with an average haircut - so average that I saw the other clients he had leave with virtually the same cut! Really bad experience. Won't be recommending FW to my friends.

I used to think people that spent time writing reviews on websites really didn't have anything better to do. However, I feel passionate enough about Taylor Taylor to post a review on this website, where I discovered it.

I had colour and a haircut, both absolutely perfect. Time was taken to find out what I wanted and the service was impeccable. The salon was busy, but every staff member was friendly and I was made to feel very comfortable. I have recommended friends and colleagues and already booked my next appointment. To top it off, after approaching Taylor Taylor, my whole office is now eligible to receive a discount. Superb!!
