I have only ever had bad experiences wirh Nails Inc and would never have returned, but I received a gift voucher so I booked with House of Fraser branch. I noted all their names in case I needed to complain again. However, the manager (Danielle) was very welcoming and put me with an experienced therapist (Maria). I had a great manicure and I found her perfectly polite. My visit changed my opnion of Nails Inc. I think you just have to find the right therapist.
