Agua at The Sanderson (Spa)

I'm very surprised by some of the reviews as I've been to Agua several times and love it! Where else can you have a workout and steam, have your legs waxed and enjoy champagne with your friends in the chill-out room? The staff are so friendly and don't hassle you to buy stuff like they do in some spas. I also love the Eve Lom facials they offer - it's the longest facial ever, and a bit more money but well worth it!

The Sanctuary is SO over! It had its hey-day in the early years but it's so tacky, dirty and just false marketing now sadly. They've focused too much on advertising their 'swing' and their rather under par products instead of working on pleasing us - the paying customer! Anyone who thinks this is a great place and a wonderfully relaxing environment just doesn't know any better, but judging by the other reviews, it seems the general opinion is steer clear of The Sanctuary!
