I ate here for afternoon tea. The staff are beyond helpful and courteous, especially with children - my younger sister decided that she didn't like tea (helpful) and they brought out a whole jug of hot chocolate, which somewhat reminded me of the Polar Express. We were able to eat as much as we liked, and the food was very dainty and quaint (although the edges of the bread were a little dry). The atmosphere was so refreshing in the Conservatory. We were able to have privacy despite the place being spacious, as there are nice little corners where you can tuck away.

Great for something slightly less ostentatious than the rest of the Savoy. You could go there in jeans, it's quite informal. It's not too expensive either and the quality is amazing. I had a steak ciabatta and although the bread was a little too thick the steak tasted incredible. I would highly recommend the creme brulee, it was out of this world! However, I was suprised when they didn't have the soup that I wanted.
