Six reasons to go to Hari's:

1. They send you a text message to confirm your appointment.

2. They have a great refreshments menu with a variety of teas, smoothies, and snacks. Sure, it's not free, but it's cheaper and 10x nicer than Starbucks!

3. You are never left wondering what's going on - I was talked to by at least six different people while I was there, and each person knew who I was supposed to be seeing next; the whole process was seamless and efficient (and this was on a busy Saturday).

4. The staff obviously get on well - no friction between stylists and juniors, everyone friendly and genuine. I have never seen such great, unforced teamwork in a salon.

5. Different floors - ground for cutting, 1st for colour, 2nd for beauty treatments, 3rd for overflow, creating a nice contrast between the frenetic cutting floor and the peaceful colouring space.

6. Last, but not least: the technique lives up to the hype (and the price). I had great, very natural-looking highlights and a blow dry.

So, it is undeniably expensive but well worth the price!

Very tranquil and relaxing place, more like a chic home than a hospital. I had a wonderful treatment, although the therapist was pushy with the product sales. Will definitely be going back.
