This shop differs greatly from other shops in the haute couture line. Staff are in no way pretentious, and were happy to help me without even questioning if I was going to buy. I walked out with a smile on my face. A true gem, and the suits are absolutely stunning.

Why do people insist that Burberry has always been chavy? From the image on the right, I'm guessing a chav has never so much as set foot through that door. Burberry is a classic representation of modern and antique England, keeping traditional clothing simple and comfortable. If you can't afford the prices, then don't buy; if you think it is chavy, then don't buy. It's as simple as that. It doesn't take a genius NOT to shop somewhere. Lovely shop, simple in design, fabulous quality clothing. Will definitely shop there again.

Nicely situated, and a fantastic tie selection downstairs, this shop hosts the best of Paul Smith, in atmospheric surroundings. Staff are mostly male, and actually have a clue about fashion. Highly recommended, but keep it quiet though!

Absolutely LOVELY staff. Really helped me pick out some shoes. At one point I had two staff members helping me. Really good service. Although, I will always love shopping at Harrods D&G more. Just a better atmosphere.

A change from the pretentious snobbishness of some designer shops. This shop hosts a fabulous selection of clothing, from a variety of lines such as Haute Couture and Cheap and Chic, whilst having a relatively simple layout.

All staff are happy to help, and you are not judged on how much you are willing to spend. The staff are down-to-earth and don't let you leave dressed like big bird.

I'd highly recommend to anyone who wants an enjoyable experience buying fantastic quality clothing.

Nice layout to shop, clothing and fragrance is exquisite, but staff actually have the nerve to look at you as if they could afford anything in that shop.

Staff seem only friendly if you are buying something for over £1000. It's strange, as a lot of the people even browsing that shop will have more money in their pocket than the staff will earn in a month. Very sullen and rude staff, who changed their tune when I bought a tie and a pair of sunglasses.
