Admittedly I went during Christmas party season, but was not impressed. It just felt like they were trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible. And the cocktails were very poorly made. It certainly wasn't the 'premium' experience they are trying to sell. Will have to go back to give it a second chance.

Good option on Northcote Rd. Cocktails are well made, if a little unadventurous. Every time I have been the waitress service has been great. Gets very busy on Friday/Saturday.

I love this place. Cocktails are amazing (they only use fresh fruit, no puree) and they'll make anything you ask, or will make something special if you tell them what kind of flavours you like. Very relaxed and friendly punters, which is great. Awesome cocktails can't be made in a minute and so I would never go on a Friday/Saturday as it's too busy. Pick a 'school night' and you will have a great time.

Another good night at Crazy Bear, but only scored 3/5 due to their new door policy. Seems they are happy to let in groups of bankers (the stereotypical type) and also the kind of people who normally frequent Dean St bars. Would be a shame if the place lost its nice relaxed, friendly atmosphere due to these new punters.
