Great food, you can't fault it. The sausage rolls are stunning - I am told that they are made for them by a local organic butcher.

I could not believe what I saw: metal pin holders actually stuck into the pork pies-
cross contamination.
Where is there understanding of the Food Safety Act?

A great show of organic and organic biodynamic certified meat and poultry BDAA UK6 and DEMETER UK 6 Certified
The sausages we purchased were fantastic. They not only make them at the shop, but they have lamb, chicken and beef sausages as well. And they are all gluten-free
When I was there the butcher was being interviewed about his range of other in-shop made products; chicken burgers, nuggets, drummers, and huge steak burgers. Why? Well you only have to look at the 100%organic show. And the butcher was proudly displaying his organic demeter processing certificate.
I have been in butcher shops in the Chelsea area and have asked to see proof that they have real organic meat, the certificate proves it, but they start to tell you that "well some of it's organic. " Liars.
But at last a butcher with a attitude for honesty and proof that they are what they say.
I hope that other butchers see this comment and go and see what is a honest and great show of proven organic meat and poultry, pricey but very honest. Keep up the great work.
