Was a bit disappointed as booked for a birthday meal for eight on a Saturday night and it was pretty much empty. No atmosphere at all downstairs and only one or two other tables occupied upstairs. Food was good, although one meal forgotten and didn't arrive until everyone else had pretty much finished eating. We were still charged though. It's a shame as I went before and had a good time, but it felt like it was going under to me.

Upstairs is fine, polite staff, well designed. Downstairs is another matter altogether, I haven't experienced such a hideous place for years. The music was horrendous and for some reason there appeared to be about twenty blokes just stood on the dance floor leering at women. I'd go out in Brentwood if that's what I wanted.
