I still can NOT believe this is a chain. I have been to other locations and they were so average. But this Marylebone location is so quaint. The basket was delicious, with all the yummy toppings. It's always crowded but the staff are very nice and willing to please.

I had the best experience at this salon. The girl who tinted my hair was so informative and she got the color perfect. It didn't fade and was exactly what I asked for. The surroundings are also tres chic and the products smell delicious!

I gave the salon a 3 because there was no vibe. For the price I'd probably try some place more hip. Even though my stylist was good, I like having the overall experience when I go to have my hair done.

Were we shopping in the same store?? I went in with my young son who bought some trainers and they were so nice to us! (And this is NOT a store for kids.) Helpful, smiley - it was great. Other shops we went in which weren't even half as fashionable, the sales people just stared us down, didn't even say 'hi'. I would absolutely return to buy shoes!

So so expensive, but there isn't anything else for miles in any direction that is as clean. That's really what you're paying for. It's no more special than the other 'top' gyms, it's just that it's clean and minimalist in decor with lovely products in the locker rooms and not too crowded.

The bar was beat up, dirty and in total need of renovation.

Maybe if the music had been great we could have overlooked all the other stuff, but it was average rap. No mixes, no get up and dance vibe, just lame rap.

To be fair, the martinis were excellent and the bartenders were quick and nice... Skip it, it really is as bad as the other

reviews say!

Staff were really nice but, like other reviews have noted, the service was a bit overkill (when 4 bellmen help out, who do you tip??) And it was dirty - being so dark it was easy to disguise, but we all got sick from the dust.

Bathrooms were the worst. Cheapy fixtures in the bathroom broke easily, like the bathtub drain. No sink space to put anything on and the shower was a joke. We asked, and the only tub like the one in the pics is in the spa.

You can skip this one.
