May Fair Spa (Spa)

I was a bit nervous about going to a spa in the Radisson, but it's a great location and it means most people won't find it. Although other comments say this spa is expensive it's approximately the same price as a lot of other spas in Mayfair, but has the addition of being able to use the sauna/steam room - so, all in all, it's good value.
You can hear the quiet rumbling of the tube in the relaxation room, but it isn't that noticeable. I took a friend there; we've both been to 50+ spas, and each of us said that we probably had the best massage ever. The staff seem to be very well trained and more personal. It's a nice touch that they give you the full tour at the beginning and explain everything, which most spas don't do.
My only complaint is that the reception staff can be a bit rough around the edges. When I called, the receptionist was yelling at someone as she picked up the phone. And although we arrived an hour early, there was a mix up with the scheduling, which meant my massage started almost an hour late - and I had to chase people down to find out what was going on. They did give me a complimentary treatment and apologised profusely, but I really don't understand how basic scheduling errors can occur when there are only 7 treatment rooms.
Taman Gang (Restaurant)

Although the reviews I had found were controversial, we all thought the food was fantastic. The ambiance is great as well. It was fairly quiet on a Saturday night, which wasn't a bad thing for us!
