Great shop, great staff and bonus of Marni and other goodies.

I love Joseph, particularly the Westbourne Grove branch, so this one is a shock. Staff bored, supercilious and unhelpful. If you don't have time to get to Notting Hill, go into the Fenwick's concession where at least they can raise a smile.
