I used to be such a fan of this shop but would never step foot in there again. My husband bought me a birthday present here and, as I am pregnant, I am very hard to buy for right now! I wasn't able to get back to the shop until 3 weeks after he made the purchase and their returns policy is within 2 weeks. I did not want a credit note or a refund just to be able to swap the item, as it did not fit, and the girls were so rude and unaccommodating.

I shop in so many places and have NEVER been treated like this before. My husband has spent so much in there on me over the years but they did not bother to find any of this out. We wrote to complain about how rude they were and they never even replied. I have never complained in a shop before but I could not believe how badly they treated us. They have lost a good customer and my husband regrets ever buying me anything from there, which is such a shame.

I adore Austique - they always have gorgeous new things and I really feel like it is a breath of fresh air walking in there and seeing things I have not seen anywhere else. And I always feel like the advice I get is really honest.
