Left empty-handed following a flippant comment and unhelpful attitude from an incredibly rude salesgirl. Also thought selection of boys' shoes was awful - traditional please. I intend never to return even though I live locally.

I have a beautiful engagement ring, a scaled-down version of one I loved in the shop that was over budget. The designer worked with us to design something just as lovely but not so flashy. I recommend the shop very highly. The whole experience is friendly yet luxurious, and certainly not stuffy like some West End competitors.
