If you're thinking of ringing them to ask about a product it may take about 10 minutes to go through the queuing system, they will then put you through to the department you ask for and when you ask if it is likely you'll be hanging on for ages again, they will reassure you and the phone will ring about 15 times while tumbleweed rolls down the telephone line and then you will be cut off. Big help customer services, thanks.
