Dreadful service with a "can't be bothered to answer your question' attitude even when there are no other people in the shop. Good concept of kitchen / shop / cafe but hire some friendly staff for goodness sakes and lower the prices.

Great pub atmosphere downstairs. Excellent dining room upstairs. Flawless service, intimate atmosphere and delicious gastro food with hearty portions. Highly recommended.
