I really like Groom and have gone back a few times now for the 'For Her Eyes Only' hour. It's functional rather than luxurious (with linen partitions separating the treatment areas rather than walls, you hear every word of conversation in the different rooms!) and I wouldn't choose to have a massage or facial here for that reason, but mani/pedi and waxing treatments are fine. I think the best thing about this place is the speed that you can be in and out with two therapists working on you at once.

I had my eyebrows threaded here and it was a disaster - it took ages and I ended up with loads of little spots. I would thoroughly recommend Urban Retreat at Harrods for brow threading. What a difference - quick, perfect shape and almost no redness (certainly no spots).
