I asked for a pair of shoes to be put aside, but when I went to pay for them I was told by a very rude assistant they had been sold as I hadn't got there early enough (even though I told them I couldn't get there till lunchtime!) Never again.

I rang during the week to find out opening times for Saturday but when I went to the store (about 2pm) I found it closed. Don't they feel a need to stick to their opening times? After reading all these bad reviews about bad service, I think I'll wait till I go to New York to get my first pair!

I bought two pairs last week. The staff were really helpful. I loved the way the walls are all mirrored, so you can see yourself walk in these beautiful shoes. I can't wait to buy my next pair.
