Way too busy when I visited last and service understandably suffered. Staff are extremely helpful but there weren't enough of them. Good product, just need to avoid the busiest shopping times.

There's a lot to like here but service suffered when I ate there on a Saturday night.
Perhaps our experience was atypical. I'll give them a second chance as the food was pretty good, but will avoid the busiest periods.

Wonderful. I prefer the more casual ground floor but the restaurant and bar rock too.
Only problem is that I keep ordering the same few favourite dishes.

Fantastic shop, beautifully designed and full of great toys. I found them very helpful and there's free wifi. Too many kids playing with iPads, but can't blame them.

Enjoyed a reasonably priced 3 course set lunch here. Menu wasn't too limited with 3 choices for starter and main plus lots of desert options, and the service was flawless.
Will return for the a la carte.
