It's a good gym. Equipment is all Hammer Strength and Cibex - top machines! Shame about the trainers - most of them are not in shape and you can see they don't really want to be there and they just do it for the money. Receptionists are friendly and changing rooms are very clean. Unfortunately there's not much atmosphere when you train - it's more of a posing gym. However, it's very convenient for me cos it's only 1 min from where I live and work. If this gym had atmosphere it'd be a great gym, so I'll give it four stars.

I was a member at Gymbox. Some of the equipment is good, but they've got these 'techno gym' crap machines, which are not the cheapest but one of the cheapest. They've got a horrible cancellation policy. They wanted me to pay for the full year, even though I only used the gym for three months. In the end I paid for another 3 months even after I had cancelled - i.e. they robbed me of around £170. 90% of the trainers and members are not in shape, the attitude from the receptionists is terrible, there's no atmosphere when you train and it's not a very friendly gym.
