Service here is slow. My stylist was average and didn't really give me what I asked for.

All rooms were in the basement, which smelt of damp! All the therapists looked about 16, and the facial was no better than I get in Norfolk.

I left with more spots than when I entered!

I had the best cut of my life. Service and staff were great, a real London salon.

Very very eighties. Nothing to write home about... won't be going again!

I wanted a new look but instead got a really boring bob - I looked like my mother! I was also sold a load of products I didn't want.
