If this hotel was an airline it would be easyjet or something worse! Terrible food, awful staff who reckon they're more important than the customers, and dreadful rooms - even the deluxe!!

Dreadful place - bad atmosphere, staff who think they are better than the paying customer, and the decor is SO dated now.

Dreadful place - full of prostitutes and the service is unbelievably slow... plus the prices are a joke!

Absolutely stunning decor, both inside and out (love the yellow lit patio!). Black bar upstairs is sleek; however, cocktails not great and very small amounts! Food is delicious but very overpriced. Not enough waiting staff for a busy Friday night.
Would go back just for a glass of fizz but not for food.

The best hotel in London, with the best health club I've ever seen in a hotel. Lovely staff, great location - just go there!

Had a really awful massage here. The masseur collected me late, stank of alcohol, and then finished the treatment 6 mins early. I felt he was very unprofessional and not up to the usual standards of this club. I do like the gym though.

Terrible! The girl who washed my hair stank of cigarettes and her necklace or top kept touching my face. Also, they need to invest in seats with foot rests that go up like most other salons. Blow dry was awful, didn't last an hour!
Staff loiter around watching, doing nothing basically.
Won't be back.
Bliss (Spa)

Bliss has really gone downhill since it opened. They have cut down treament times but increased the prices, meaning rushed and not very efficient services.
The manicure and pedicures used to bring me there but they are SO overpriced! You get the same result in any other cheaper salon.
I also find the staff rather sharp and very quick to say no. I asked for a locker to put my many shopping bags into - a simple request; however, I was told the lockers are only for people "spending more time than an hour's manicure here" - charming!
