What a shopping hell! Tacky and completely lacking in taste. The staff all look plastic and uncomfortable. Complete lack of friendly customer service. Parts of the store seem to be trapped in the 80s. It's a tourist hang-out. If you fancy a great London department store and a special experience, go to Liberty.

Never ever shop in the Conduit Street store, the staff really don't seem to care at all. I am a huge Vivienne Westwood fan but prefer to get my Westwood stuff from Liberty or online.
