I would give Nails Inc no stars if I could. I've been to most of their branches and found the staff, without exception, rude and incessantly whingeing about their jobs/managers - so unprofessional. One girl cut my cuticle with scissors, drew blood then tried to calm it with varnish remover - OW!

I absolutely love this shop and look forward to every visit. I dare anybody to find friendlier staff. Of the 4 or so girls who work there, without exception, they are friendly, helpful, not pushy and stylish whilst at the same time refreshingly down-to-earth.

The clothes are diverse in style, price and most importantly size - you are not treated with the usual disdain if you are bigger than a pipecleaner. Be sure to join their mailing list for news of their brilliant sales. They also have a small but perfectly formed (and reasonably priced) vintage section. I could go on!!
