I went to the spa expecting a great treatment (facial and massage), given the reputation it has. I was very disappointed. The therapist's touch was that of a beginner just out of school, the massage truly unpleasant, and the facial used essential oils that burned my face. Furthermore, I'd hardly got up from the massage table before the therapist was trying to sell 3 jars of products to me, holding them in my face. I will not go back there. Reputation much too high versus service quality.

I have been in London for nearly 3 years and still had my hair done in New York. This was not due to the lack of trying hair stylists in London, I just could never find the right fit... until I met Mathew Alexander. He listens, really cares about your hair and has an amazing sense of style, which he adapts to each client. A rare find!
