Le Prairie facial good, French manicure good, blow dry excellent. But had one bad experience. The girl washing my hair hardly got any lather going and by the next day my hair was feeling rather unclean. The head stylist cut my hair but was so full of himself. He didn't even ask which side my part was, then he flipped it over and didn't make an effort to even out the sides. Not even a 'thanks' or 'goodbye' when I left.

The food and service at this restaurant are wonderful. Have had the tasting menu three times and enjoyed it every time. Not disgustingly filling. The flavours are interesting and pleasing without being overwhelming. The Ledbury just gets everything so right. Better than Maze.

Some dishes are good but inconsistent and definitely not kaiseki. Arrogant attitude as well.
