Walking in here, it's not immediately obvious that it's a hairdressers. The décor is firmly contemporary, mixing off-white tones and plain wood, with touches of colour provided here and there by flowers. Each client comes here to disappear behind the curtain of their own cocoon, happy to sit back and let hair expert Jean-Claude Gallon work his magic.
